CONTEST TIME!

We're hoping to do contests on a regular basis just for the members of the website. Contest rules will 

change depending the contest at that time. Rules, regulations and prize (s) will be posted below.

It's very easy. Hope you decide to participate. Become a member and take your chances! 

SEPTEMBER CONTEST

Rules as follows:

  1. Enter your info in the contact section.

  2. Contest starts Sept. 1st/2022

  3. Contest ends Sept. 30th/2022

  4. Draw will be held Oct. 3rd/2022

  5. Winner will be notified by Oct 25th/2022

  6. Only 2 prize(s) will be won for the month

  

 

 

Sept Prize: Esso Gift Card

Global Rules:

1.Only 1 winner per household. Winner must be an area resident and       website member.

2.No same repeat winners allowed within 120 days.

3.If prize isn’t accepted by 1st winner within 14 days of notification           then it will be deemed untaken and given to new prize winner from       2nd draw.

4.Nextlevelhomes.ca and Etienne Liburd cannot be held liable for the     contents, legal liabilities, and/or corporate regulations with respect       to gift card gifts given.

5.7oakshomes.ca reserves the right to post the winner's name on the         website but will not post contact information or residence address.
